■ Keypad lock (keyguard)
The keyguard disables your keypad to prevent accidental keypresses.
• To lock the keypad, select
Menu
, and press * within
3.5 seconds.
• To unlock the keypad, select
Unlock
, and press * within 1.5 seconds.

• To enable automatic keyguard, select
Menu

Settings
>
Phone
>
Automatic keyguard
>
On
. Set the delay in minutes and seconds in
which the keypad locks.
If the
Security keyguard
is set to
On
, enter the security code if requested.
To answer a call when the keyguard is on, press the call key. When you
end or reject the call, the keypad is automatically locked.
When the keyguard is on, calls still may be possible to the official
emergency number programmed into your device. Enter the emergency
number and press the call key.
